Roasted Sweet Potatoes Recipe

“One of my favorite vegetables are roasted sweet potatoes, they are both healthy and delicious. The sweet, caramelized natural sugars in the potatoes pair wonderfully with the Vintner’s Reserve Riesling.” ~Chef Justin Wangler
